Chicken Neapolitan Style | Pollo a la Napolitana 🍗

¡Hola queridos amigos cocineros! He estado un poco desaparecida por acá, pero como ya saben como dice el dicho: "El buen hijo siempre regresa a su casa" y en mi caso regreso con una receta para compartir con todos ustedes, aprovechando que tenía un tiempo extra para documentar el proceso.

Mi receta de hoy es un apetitoso pollo a la Napolitana que cocine con mucho cariño para mi familia hace un par de días, es una receta sencilla de preparar y que tiene un gusto increíble, es mi primera vez agregándole un poco de queso mozarella siempre la había cocinado solo con los vegetales rallados y aprovechando que tenía queso le agregué un poco para probar la combinación y resultó bastante riquísima.

Hello dear cooking friends! I've been a little missing around here, but as you know as the saying goes: "The good son always returns home" and in my case I'm back with a recipe to share with all of you, taking advantage of the extra time I had to document the process.

My recipe today is an appetizing Neapolitan chicken that I cooked with love for my family a couple of days ago, it is a simple recipe to prepare and has an incredible taste, it is my first time adding a little mozzarella cheese, I had always cooked it only with grated vegetables and taking advantage that I had cheese I added some to try the combination and it turned out quite delicious.

Ingredientes:
6 Cuadriles de pollo
3 Alitas de Pollo
6 Tomates
1 Cebolla morada
1/2 Pimentón
200gr de queso mozarella
1 Cucharadita de adobo
1/2 Cucharadita de pimentón en polvo
2 Dientes de ajo
1 Cucharada de mostaza
Orégano al gusto

Ingredients:
6 Chicken rump
3 Chicken Wings
6 Tomatoes
1 red onion
1/2 paprika
200gr mozarella cheese
1 teaspoon marinade
1/2 teaspoon of powdered paprika
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon of mustard
Oregano to taste

Primero lavé muy bien los vegetales y luego con un rallador corte en tiras por la zona más gruesa, el tomate, pimentón y cebolla, está última me dejo llorando de la emoción.

En mi molde refractario favorito agregué el pollo bien distribuido sobre toda su superficie para luego sazonar con adobo, ajo picadito y mostaza, uní todo muy bien para que el pollo tomará todo su sabor y dejé reposar por unos 15 minutos.

In my favorite baking pan I added the chicken well distributed over its entire surface and then seasoned it with adobo, chopped garlic and mustard. I mixed everything very well so that the chicken would take all its flavor and let it rest for about 15 minutes.

Una vez transcurridos los minutos le agregué los vegetales rallados a su superficie los cuales cubrieron casi en su totalidad al pollo, llevé al horno previamente calentado a 180C° durante 30 minutos.

Once the minutes had elapsed, I added the grated vegetables to its surface, which almost completely covered the chicken, and I took it to the oven previously heated to 180C° for 30 minutes.

Posteriormente agregué las rebanadas de queso mozarella y orégano para llevar nuevamente al horno por 20 minutos más.

Una vez completada su cocción, mírenlo como quedó mi exquisito pollo a la Napolitana, lleno de mucho color, sabor y queso bien derretido que no compite con otro platillo, solo quedaba servirlo con los acompañantes de mi preferencia y deborarlo en pocos minutos.
