Receive a delicious greeting first of all my beloved foodies around the world, I hope your week is going perfectly and with lots of positive energy today midweek I am excited to share with you how to prepare rice with yellow peas and beef ribs accompanied with a stew of chorizo, chives and sweet peppers that is spectacular and that my girls love. This preparation is ideal for lunch or for dinner if you like, now let's go with the ingredients and the steps to make it.
Reciban un delicioso saludo primero que nada mis amados comidistas del mundo entero, espero que su semana este caminando perfectamente y con bastante energías positivas hoy mitad de semana me entusiasma compartirles como preparar arroz con arvejas amarillas y costilla de res acompañados con un guiso de chorizo, cebollín y ajíes dulces que queda espectacular y que a mis niñas les encanta. Está preparación es ideal para el almuerzo o para la cena si gustan, ahora vamos con los ingredientes y los pasos para realizarla.

200 gr. of beef ribs | 200 gr. de Costilla de res |
400 gr. of yellow peas | 400 gr. de Arvejas amarillas |
4 cups of rice | 4 Tazas de Arroz |
1 Chorizo | 1 Chorizo |
4 sweet peppers | 4 Ajíes dulces |
Chives | Cebollín |
Cilantro | Cilantro |
Salt | Sal |
Adobo | Adobo |
Dressing | Aliño |
Oil | Aceite |
Preparation / Preparación:
To start the preparation I added in a pot approximately 1 and ½ liters of water, the yellow peas and the beef rib and cooked over high heat for 1 hour. Once the grains and the rib were soft, I added the cups of rice and cooked over medium high heat until it softened and consumed part of the water, so the rice with yellow peas and beef rib was ready.
Para iniciar la preparación añadí en una olla aproximadamente 1 litro y ½ de agua, las arvejas amarillas y la costilla de res y se cocino a fuego rápido durante 1 hora. Una vez blandos los granos y la costilla agregué las tazas de arroz y cocine a fuego medio rápido hasta que se ablando y consumió parte del agua, así quedo listo el arroz con arvejas amarillas y costilla de res.
For the stew I cut the chorizo into small pieces, the chili peppers into small squares and the scallion and cilantro finely, in a pan I fried them with oil and seasoned with salt, adobo and seasoning, mix very well and let cook with a little water for 20 minutes.
Para el guiso corté el chorizo en trocitos, los ajíes en cuadritas y el cebollín y cilantro finamente, en una paila sofreí estos con aceite y condimenté con sal, adobo y aliño mezcle muy bien y deje cocinar con un poquito de agua durante 20 minutos.
I served the rice with yellow peas and beef ribs with the vegetable and chorizo stew, I added the cilantro pieces. This recipe is delicious and different, I hope you can prepare it at home.
Serví el arroz con arvejas amarillas y costilla de res con el guiso de vegetales y chorizo, añadí los trocitos de cilantro. Está receta es deliciosa y diferente espero la preparen en casita.
