Garlic sauce is a delicious side dish to spread on bread, potatoes and crackers at family gatherings. Today I will show you how to prepare my version of this sauce, which is fascinating because it is a really delicious dip that once you try it you can't stop eating because of its subtle garlic flavor that makes it exquisite in company of mayonnaise and cilantro.
La salsa de ajo es un rico acompañante para untar con pan, papas y galletas en alguna reunión familiar, la misma puede prepararse de diversas manera hoy les enseño como preparar mi versión de está que resulta fascinante ya que es un dip realmente delicioso que una vez que pruebas no puedes dejar de comer por su sutil sabor a ajo que la hace exquisita en compañía de la mayonesa y cilantro.

1 head of garlic | 1 Cabeza de Ajo |
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise | 3 Cucharadas de Mayonesa |
2 tablespoon vegetable oil | 2 Cucharadas de Aceite vegetal |
2 sprigs cilantro | 2 Ramas de cilantro |
1 pinch of adobo | 1 Pizca de adobo |
1 pinch of salt | 1 Pizca de sal |
Preparation / Preparación:
In a refractory mold I added a spoonful of oil, this can be done preferably in aluminum foil, but since I did not have it, I used the mold.
En un molde refractario agregué una cucharada de aceite éste puede realizarse preferiblemente en papel aluminio pero por no contar con este empleé el molde.
Then I added the head of garlic over the oil.
Luego agregué la cabeza de ajo sobre el aceite.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180C° and if aluminum foil is used, close it.
Llevé al horno durate 30 minutos a una temperatura de 180C° y en caso de utilizarse papel aluminio se cierra.
Once the time had elapsed, I removed the garlic head from the oven.
Una vez transcurrido el tiempo retiré del horno la cabeza de ajo.
In a bowl I added the head of garlic and crushed it in such a way that the garlic came out of the inside of the peels and removed the peels.
En un recipiente añadí la cabeza de ajo y aplaste de tal manera que saliera el ajo del interior de las cáscaras y retiré las mismas.
I added the spoonfuls of mayonnaise.
Le añadí las cucharadas de mayonesa.
I added the tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Añadí la cucharada de aceite vegetal.
Then I added the respective seasonings which are salt and adobo.
Luego agregué los respectivos condimentos que son la sal y adobo.
I finely chopped the cilantro with a knife.
Piqué con un cuchillo el cilantro finamente.
I added it to the preparation.
Lo añadí a la preparación.
Mix all the ingredients, once the ingredients are integrated and the garlic sauce is ready, serve with bread rolls.
Mezcle todos los ingredientes, una vez integrados los ingredientes y lista la salsa de ajo acompañe con rueditas de pan.
