Milk shake, strawberries and cocoa.
I usually prepare this delicious drink in the afternoons when I want to cool off due to the high temperatures in the city where I live. I love to share it with my eldest daughter accompanied with some delicious crackers.
Batido de leche, fresas y cacao.
Esta deliciosa bebida la suelo preparar por las tardes cuando quiero refrescarme por las altas temperaturas de la ciudad donde resido. Me encanta compartirla con mi hija mayor acompañada con unas deliciosas galletas saladas.
Los ingredientes que utilicé para este delicioso batido son: 400 ml de leche líquida fría, fresas congeladas, 1 cucharadita de cacao en polvo y 3 cucharadas de azúcar.
The ingredients used for this delicious smoothie are: 400 ml of cold liquid milk, frozen strawberries, 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder and 3 tablespoons of sugar.
In a blender, add approximately 10 medium frozen strawberries, the teaspoon of cocoa, the tablespoons of sugar and the liquid milk.
En una licuadora añadiremos aproximadamente 10 fresas medianas congeladas, la cucharadita de cacao, las cucharadas de azúcar y la leche líquida.
Once all the ingredients are incorporated, beat for a couple of seconds at medium speed so that the strawberry is not completely crushed and we have a few small pieces of strawberry in the smoothie.
Una vez incorporados todos los ingredientes batimos durante un par de segundos a velocidad media para que la fresa no se triture por completo y nos queden unos pequeños trozos de fresa en el batido.
We serve in a glass and enjoy this delicious smoothie that I am sure you will love.
