Today me and my fiancé had a luch at my mother in law's place, she is really a good cook and usually she cook recipes from the southern Italy, she lived in Puglia for many years before she moved in Tuscany but today we come to her place by surprise, a last minute choiche so she make to us a simple dish, but as always yummi, she have this ability to make everything she cook super tasty 😍
For the occasion, he made us a dish with a very particular type of pasta, ziti, they are like very long fingers of pasta to be broken by hand, which is why they usually don't all have the same shape, it's a very good and tasty pasta. then topped with my mother-in-law's homemade pomarola, she is the owner of pomarola preserves and jams, all of which are super good.
