Fish One Always an amazing cuisine experience ( Eng/Esp)

As you know, I love Asian cuisine very much and when I have the opportunity to taste it I don't hold back, among the cuisines that I love most is Japanese and in Italy fortunately in recent years there have been many restaurants that offer a mix of Chinese and Japanese, fairly mainstream dishes but there are also restaurants that cook in a typical way, dedicating themselves to only one type of cuisine of a nation or even a region. Located in Pistoia offering many delicious and well presented dishes, good for the stomach and beautiful for the eyes. The place is very clean and furnished in a modern way, they often make additions or changes to the menu so you never get bored! Although I must admit that I'm quite a creature of habit when I go there but I don't mind trying new things either.

Como sabéis me encanta la cocina asiática y cuando tengo la oportunidad de probarla no me retengo, entre las cocinas que más me gustan está la japonesa y en Italia afortunadamente en los últimos años hay muchos restaurantes que ofrecen una mezcla de platos chinos y japoneses, bastante convencionales pero también hay restaurantes que cocinan de forma típica, dedicándose sólo a un tipo de cocina de una nación o incluso de una región. Ubicado en Pistoia, ofrece muchos platos deliciosos y bien presentados, buenos para el estómago y hermosos para la vista. El lugar está muy limpio y amueblado de manera moderna, a menudo hacen adiciones o cambios al menú para que nunca te aburras. Aunque debo admitir que soy una criatura de hábitos cuando voy allí, pero tampoco me importa probar cosas nuevas.

As an appetizer we ordered various steamed meat ravioli, I love meat ravioli, salmon carpaccio very light but always excellent dipped in ponzu sauce, Ebi Stick i.e. prawn sticks I would really eat plenty of those, curry puff i.e. small ones triangular snacks with meat and curry inside, very tasty and chicken Tonkatsu. In short, for three they were small appetizers. Then we moved on to the first courses for me and my husband, the classic and very rich Ramen, not one of the best I have tasted but still very tasty and tasty, the little girl instead took a classic Chinese dish, Cantonese rice! It was obviously all really good even if the rice was really a lot for a little girl.

Como aperitivo pedimos varios ravioles de carne al vapor, a mí me encantan los raviolis de carne, el carpaccio de salmón muy ligero pero siempre excelente bañado en salsa ponzu, Ebi Stick, es decir, palitos de gambas, realmente comería muchos de esos, hojaldre de curry, es decir, pequeños bocadillos triangulares con carne y curry por dentro, muy sabroso y pollo Tonkatsu. En definitiva, para tres fueron pequeños aperitivos. Luego pasamos a los primeros platos para mí y mi marido, el clásico y muy rico Ramen, no es de los mejores que he probado pero sigue siendo muy sabroso y sabroso, la niña tomó en su lugar un plato clásico chino, ¡arroz cantonés! Obviamente todo estuvo muy bueno incluso si el arroz era mucho para una niña pequeña.

Honestly, after the first courses and the appetizers we were quite full but we decided to finish on a high note with a mixed carpaccio with buffalo mozzarella (an Italy-Japan mix), the classic sashimi, a fish tempura and then some hossomaki with tuna and cream cheese, at that point getting up from the table was a challenge. To drink, we adults accompanied our meal with a very good Asahi beer. When we left we were so full that we had to take a walk, however this restaurant remains among my favourites, as always!

La verdad es que después de los primeros platos y los aperitivos estábamos bastante llenos pero decidimos terminar con nota alta con un carpaccio mixto con mozzarella de búfala (una mezcla de Italia y Japón), el clásico sashimi, una tempura de pescado y luego unos hossomaki con atún. y queso crema, en ese momento levantarse de la mesa era un desafío. Para beber, los adultos acompañamos nuestra comida con una muy buena cerveza Asahi. Cuando salimos estábamos tan llenos que tuvimos que dar un paseo, sin embargo este restaurante sigue entre mis favoritos, ¡como siempre!
