A few days ago I was in a pleasant town called Agliana because there is a mechanic there who is very dear to my husband and since we spent half the day there at a certain time we got very hungry and so we looked for a pizzeria to the cut, holy Google! We found this small pizzeria not far away with a few tables outside, with the explanatory name of I eat pizza!
A very small place but with a very wide choice of pizzas and open non-stop from lunch to snack and dinner.
We immediately sat down outside and studied the pizzas, pizzas with a non-fine dough that were also very appetizing to look at, there were both red pizzas, that is, tomato pizzas with toppings, such as sausage, wurstel, courgettes, aubergines and various types of mozzarella or vegetables and then they had stuffed flatbreads, even those stuffed with everything, stracchino and sausage, cheese and ham, grilled vegetables, tuna and mayonnaise, in short, a wide choice!
My husband and I ordered two red pizzas, one with buffalo mozzarella and sausage, the other with parmesan cheese and rocket which the pizza chef kindly divided in half for us to make it easier to eat, the one with rocket and flaked grana cheese was excellent, tasty and with the right amount of oil, then we also had two stuffings prepared with stracchino and sausage and cooked ham and fontina cheese.
Even those with a very abundant and excellent filling.
So we sat down to enjoy our pizza even though it wasn't very hot outside, unfortunately we really enjoyed our meal despite the cold, the pizzas were warm. We will definitely be back soon because it was really good pizza.
