Spinach Pancakes | A great and healthy start to the day 🥞🥬️

Hello friends, today we are going to cook an amazing and very tasty recipe that attracts with its bright color and uncommon taste! This recipe for spinach pancakes I found in Tik Tok If you are a person who thinks of healthy and beautifully presented alternatives especially for breakfast, this recipe is for you. Since I am such a person, I am happy to start the day with a healthy and beautiful recipe for breakfast in the morning. By the way there are a lot of similar recipes there in the TikTok page which I mentioned, keep it in mind! So let's get started the cooking of this amazing recipe!

Ingredients

  • 400 ml of milk
  • 200 gr of flour
  • 100 gr spinach
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar


Filling

Tuna (salmon)
Cream cheese
Cucumber (avocado)




STEP 1

Prepare all the necessary products according to ingredients which I mentioned above 👆 to make spinach pancakes.



STEP 2

Put the spinach and 100 ml of milk in a suitable container. Combine thoroughly using a blender.

STEP 3

Add the eggs and repeat the process. I recommend to mix the ingredients long and thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous mass.

STEP 4

Add the salt and sugar.

Add the flour. Mix well with a whisk. You no longer need to use the blender.

Then gradually add the remaining milk (300 ml).

Finally add the oil. I used olive oil.

Heat a non-stick frying pan nicely. I used a ladle for convenience. 1 full ladle = 1 pancake. Fry on low heat for 2 minutes on each side.

(It's not the first cooked one, I had already cooked one before as you see in the photo, because I wanted to be sure for a good shape of it 👩‍🍳)

STEP 9

The spinach pancakes are ready! Now let's get to the filling. Spread half of the pancake with cream cheese and add the cucumber and tuna. Next, roll the pancake and cut into small pieces.

The dish is ready! This dish is perfect for both breakfast and dinner. Pancakes turn out tasty and nourishing. And due to the bright green color it is impossible to stop eating!

This looks so good and healthy! A new way to eat vegetables!

As you can see in the recipe, I used 100 grams of spinach. 12.5 grams of spinach for each pancake. Even someone who never eats spinach can get the vitamins contained in spinach because the color of the spinach is more important than the taste. Thank you for your comment dear 🧡
