Easy Way To Make Mini Oat Apple Pancakes

This time, the pancakes are made from apples, which are often the mainstay of breakfast in the morning. The process of making it is very fast so the choice of being a breakfast will be very appropriate in my opinion.

Making pancakes is not new to me, there are many pancake recipes that you can visit on my platform. But mini pancakes I think I just tried to make it for the first time. Why mini pancakes, yeah this is because besides being very easy to make in a mold, I also want a more uniform pancake result.

Mini Apple Pancake

Mini apple pancakes are one of the pancakes with processed apple mixture and also oatmeal then printed on mini molds. So the cute and adorable shape makes this dish can be eaten faster without having to be cut again. Well this mini apple itself has a very good mixture of ingredients in my opinion, the mixture of oats as a substitute for flour will certainly be better. Plus combined with one egg as a complement.

Ingredients Needed

½ apple
1 egg
100 gram oats
200 ml liquid milk
1 tablespoon palm sugar

Making Procedure

Cut the apple into small pieces, prepare it by washing it thoroughly.

Then put the apples in a chopper and add eggs and palm sugar.

Then add oatmeal and add salt then add liquid milk.

Blend until smooth like the texture of smoothies, then bake on a mold that has been greased with oil or margarine. Cook until brownish yellow.

Results and serving suggestions

The result is very beautiful, well for cooking tips you must use a small fire for perfectly cooked results to the inside. Well then serve on a serving plate and give enough honey, or you can also sweetened condensed milk all according to your taste.

The texture of the pancakes is very soft, honestly it tastes very good I just made apple pancakes for the first time and that's an amazing taste. The texture is different from the pancakes that I generally make. Maybe this is because of the use of oat mea, the aroma is perfect milk, eggs give a very fitting taste.
