Gemoy Bread with Fried Sausage Topping

Bread topped with sausage is always the right choice to enjoy anytime. Besides having a savory taste, my nieces and nephews definitely love this bread. So, making it at home is my alternative to give them the best bread to enjoy together later.

Combining beef sausage with bread ingredients is, of course, an extraordinary dish in my opinion. How an ordinary taste can turn into an extraordinary super dish that anyone would love to enjoy. This time, I deliberately made sausage and bread for my nieces and nephews who are coming to my house this afternoon. They really love bread, whatever kind it is. However, a few days ago, I tried making sausage bread for them, and they were very enthusiastic and loved it. So, for their visit this time, I will welcome them with another special bread, namely beef sausage bread. Why did I choose beef sausage? Well, besides its small size, which means it doesn't need to be cut, this beef sausage is also denser than the sausage I bought before.




Ingredients

250 grams high protein flour
10 grams full cream milk powder
55 grams granulated sugar
5 grams instant yeast
130 ml ice water
5 grams salt
50 grams margarine
1 egg
6 beef sausages
Cheese to taste
Chili sauce to taste
Mayonnaise to taste




Cooking Procedure


Mix the flour with the milk powder, then mix the yeast and sugar into the water and add to the flour mixture.

Stir all the ingredients together, knead briefly, then add salt and margarine and knead until evenly mixed. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

Once it has doubled in size, divide the dough into 6 pieces and let it proof again for 40 minutes.

Next, fry the sausage until cooked, then place it on top of the dough that has been set aside.

Finally, add chili sauce, mayonnaise, and grated cheese.

Bake in the oven until done for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, or adjust according to your oven.

The bread is ready. Just imagine the aroma of bread with a touch of sauce and mayonnaise adding an extraordinary flavor. In my opinion, this is one of the breads that is worth trying because it is really that delicious. On another occasion, I will try making pizza bread or abong because savory bread is really that delicious.

Unlike usual, trying sweet bread this time with a different twist certainly made me very happy. The savory flavor is perfect with the extraordinary softness of the bread texture, especially when enjoyed while warm—it's truly perfect.
