A simple meal that you can look forward to on rainy days like this. A little spicy sensation enjoyed while warm will definitely make you want it again and again.
Rainy days in my area almost every day, towards noon the weather always turns dark and the rain falls heavily. Wanting to snack or walk looking for snacks is very unlikely when like this. As a result, you have to think about processing whatever ingredients you have at home. One of them is misoa, I have a lot of stock at home, coincidentally yesterday I bought a large pack during my monthly shopping. Who would have thought that storing dry food ingredients like this is very useful during a season like this. So this time I will prepare a soupy dish from the misoa.
Misoa seaweed is a soupy dish prepared in a simple way using cabbage, chicken and even misoa and seaweed as the main ingredients. There are not many spices that I use, I just add the usual spices of onions and chili peppers, a little salt and mushroom broth, it tastes very good as a spicy ramen singer in my opinion.
Ingredients Needed
1 piece seaweed
20 grams chicken
10 grams cabbage
1 spring onion
1 celery stalk
½ tomato
4 cloves shallot
1 clove garlic
4 cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon mushroom stock
Making Procedure
- Chop the chicken breast into cubes, then chop the seaweed into small pieces.

Result
Misoa seaweed soup can be enjoyed, I recommend this soup to be enjoyed during winter while hot. Add a little chili sauce and feel the delicious spicy sensation that goes well with everything. I think for you soup lovers this is the right choice. Not only ramen, it turns out that misoa is also very delicious in soup, especially with seaweed crumbs, making it even more savory.

A little spicy touch of cayenne pepper with mixed vegetables makes it even more delicious. This is my favorite dish, soupy with many variants in it makes this dish very fitting to the tongue.
