Dang, that's a delicious looking burger! Adding chips is a neat idea that I hadn't thought of - I usually use crushed crackers as that's how my dad did it... but I might have to try this out next time! Also, naturally, I think I'll add some grated cheese right into the burger as I've been doing it for a while now and I love the results.

Grated cheese sounds like a fantastic idea! The first thing that came to mind was a bit of parmesan. That's something I may play around with too.

Also, Crackers are great, but I think you will like the chips approach. Thanks for the input!

Definitely will be trying it. I have a couple unplanned suppers coming up in the next two weeks and some lovely days for being out BBQing. ;) I'll try to remember to report back!
