Se me ocurrió hacer estas ricas panquecas en el tosti-empanadas porque el día de ayer compramos un queso bastante salado y como una manera de bajar bastante el grado de sal se me ocurrió añadirlo a la mezcla de panquecas para que este le diera el toque de sal que le hace falta a la mezcla y no tener la necesidad de añadirle el queso por encima. 🤣

- 2 ½ tazas y media de harina de trigo leudante. 🌾
- 1 huevo. 🥚
- ¼ taza de azúcar. 🍯
- 1 y ½ tazas de agua. 💧
- 1 cucharadita de vainilla. 🌼
- 4 cucharadas de leche en polvo.

- 1 y ½ tazas de agua. 💧
- ½ taza de arroz. 🍚
- 8 Cucharadita azúcar. 🍯
- 2 cucharaditas de vainilla. 🌼
- 8 cucharadas de leche en polvo. 🥛

Añadimos todos los ingredientes de la lista en un recipiente, empezando por los huevos y el agua, seguidamente el azúcar y la leche en polvo, mezclamos, y ahora iremos añadiendo la harina poco a poco integrándola con un batidor de manera que no se formen grumos; Por último, agregamos la vainilla (Perdonen que esta parte no tenga fotografías del paso a paso, sin darme cuenta me concentré y me olvidé de tomar la fotos preparándo la mezcla).

En un plato o superficie cortamos el queso y se lo añadimos a la mezcla de panquecas integramos y rectificamos el sabor de nuestra mezcla.

Continuamos precalentando el tosti-empanadas, engrasamos la superficie con un paño, preferiblemente de algodón, esperamos 2 minutos a que caliente nuevamente: y añadimos la mezcla de panqueques en cada espacio con ayuda de un cucharón.

Posteriormente lo tapamos y lo colocamos el cronómetro del tosti-empanadas en la programación de 8 minutos aproximadamente, pasado este tiempo ya están listas nuestros panqueques con formas de empanadas!! 🤣

Lavamos el arroz con un poco de agua lo escurrimos y lo montamos en una olla con un litro y medio de agua, lo llevamos a fuego medio hasta que esté cocido nuestro arroz esperamos a que el arroz baje su temperatura para poderlo licuar.
We rinse the rice with a little water, drain it, and put it in a pot with one and a half liters of water, bring to medium heat until the rice is cooked, then wait for the rice to cool down so we can blend it.
Ya estando tibio, lo llevamos a la licuadora y le agregamos el azúcar, la vainilla, la leche y licuamos.

En mi caso decidí servirlo en las tazas de mi casa, perfectas para este tipo de bebidas en el desayuno.

Para hacer este lindo centro de mesa solo utilicé unas flores de mi jardín las cuales corté de diferentes tamaños, las fui colocando unas arriba y otras un poco más abajo para darle la estructura que yo quería, al final las até con un trocito de hilo pabilo y las coloqué una tetera con agua para que pudieran ser el centro de atención de esta mesa en el día de hoy.
To make this lovely centerpiece, I just used some flowers from my garden which I cut in different sizes, placing some on top and some a little lower to give it the structure I wanted, finally I tied them with a piece of twine and placed them in a teapot with water so they could be the center of attention on this table today.
