I made these fudgy marshmallow brownies, aka s’mores brownies, to remind me of camping. It worked too. I was less sad after eating them. Until I ate like 6 of them. Then I felt a little bad for eating 6 brownies. I then ate a 7th to feel better again.

Those look like tasty brownies.
Marshmallows tend to be made with gelatin. So the source of the marshmallows and the chocolate are important to earn the vegan label.
