Oh my goodness I am going to make these flatbreads today! Do they reheat nicely, or can you leave them raw and fry the next day? With curried something, I would be very happy! That grated tofu idea is swell.

The grated tofu 'mince' has been a game changer. Great for tacos or just on rice or even add tomatoes etc. I usually do same seasoning as it has that meaty, umami bite.
