La Navidad es una de las épocas más lindas del año, los aromas y colores característicos son tan gratos para muchos.

Llegando la navidad, es bueno ir ambientando nuestra cocina y paladar ajustada a la época. Me encantan las recetas navideñas, me traen tan gratos recuerdos de niñez.
Mi mamá solía hacer esta torta con Pasas especialmente para el día 24 y 31 de diciembre, con un día de anticipación ya podíamos oler el dulce aroma que emanaba del horno.
