Hola a todos mis amigos de Hive, el día de hoy les traigo mi deliciosa y muy divertida receta de torta arcoíris, pueden hacerla para compartir en familia y les aseguro que los niños amarán sus colores.

Hello to all my Hive friends, today I bring you my delicious and very fun rainbow cake recipe, you can make it to share with your family and I assure you that the kids will love its colors.

Los ingredientes son los siguientes:

250 gr de harina de trigo.
250 gr de azúcar
300 ml de leche
60 ml de aceite vegetal o girasol
2 huevos
8 gr de polvo de hornear
1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla
Pizca de sal

The ingredients are as follows:

250 gr of wheat flour.
250 gr of sugar
300 ml of milk
60 ml vegetable or sunflower oil
2 eggs
8 gr of baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Pinch of salt

Paso 1: se separan las claras de las yemas, las claras se baten a punta de nieve con parte del azúcar de la receta, esto se reserva.

Step 1: separate the egg whites from the egg yolks, the egg whites are beaten stiff with part of the sugar of the recipe, this is reserved.

Paso 2: Se baten por cinco minutos las yemas, el resto del azúcar, el aceite, la sal y la esencia de vainilla, a esta mezcla se le agrega parte de la harina con polvo de hornear (previamente integrados) se bate y se le agrega parte de la leche se bate y así sucesivamente hasta integrar todo.

Step 2: Beat the egg yolks, the rest of the sugar, the oil, the salt and the vanilla essence for five minutes. To this mixture, add part of the flour and baking powder (previously integrated), beat and add part of the milk, beat and so on until everything is integrated.

Paso 3: Le agregamos las claras a punta de nieve que teníamos reservadas a la mezcla anterior, se baten con una paleta y realizando movimientos envolventes. Luego pesamos nuestra mezcla para dividirla en seis partes iguales. Esta mezcla pesó 780 gramos, por lo que la dividí en seis envases de 130 gramos cada uno. A cada envase le vamos a colocar una gota del colorante que tengamos, para hacer seis colores diferentes.

Step 3: We add the egg whites to stiff peaks that we had reserved to the previous mixture, beat with a paddle and making enveloping movements. Then we weighed our mixture to divide it into six equal parts. This mixture weighed 780 grams, so I divided it into six containers of 130 grams each. To each container we are going to put a drop of the coloring we have, to make six different colors.

Paso 4: Enharinamos la tortera o molde a utilizar y comenzamos, debemos colocar una cucharada de cada color en la tortera intercalando cada uno de los colores, al terminar con los seis colores repetimos el procedimiento, hasta terminar con las mezclas.

Step 4: Flour the pan or mold to use and start, we must place a spoonful of each color in the pan interspersed with each of the colors, when finished with the six colors repeat the procedure, until the mixtures are finished.

Paso 5: Llevamos nuestra tortera al horno a una temperatura de 180° grados por un tiempo de 45 minutos aproximadamente, sabremos que nuestra torta está lista al introducir un cuchillo y este salga limpio. Esperamos unos minutos antes de desmoldarla y poder comerla. Podemos decorarla como más nos guste o simplemente no decorarla y degustar así.

Step 5: We take our tortera to the oven at a temperature of 180° degrees for approximately 45 minutes, we will know that our cake is ready when we introduce a knife and it comes out clean. We wait a few minutes before unmolding and eating it. We can decorate it as we like or simply not decorate it and eat it like this.

En este caso yo la realicé para un regalo y por eso la decoré con diferentes colores, al picarla el resultado por dentro fue espectacular. Espero les guste esta receta y la realicen en compañía de sus hijos que son quienes más disfrutan este tipo de tortas coloridas.
