🛒 What you need:
200 g pasta (e.g. penne or spaghetti)
250 g cherry tomatoes
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
100 g cream cheese (plain or herb)
Extras allowed: Water, salt, pepper, and olive oil
👩🍳 How to make it (4 easy steps):
Cook the pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté veggies: In a pan, heat a little olive oil. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until soft. Add the cherry tomatoes and let them cook down until they burst.
Add creaminess: Stir in the cream cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
