Today, I'm excited to share a recipe for a Crispy Sweet Snack suitable for tea time. This recipe can be prepared in less than 10-15 minutes with minimal ingredients. Tea time is a precious moment that we cherish. It's a wonderful opportunity to treat your family or guests to a sweet and crunchy delight. This snack can be safely prepared at home without much expense, making it a wholesome addition to your menu without any harmful effects. Additionally, the inclusion of eggs adds nutritional value. Let's prepare this without artificial sweeteners.
Materials Used.
1 Egg.
Sugar 80g.
1/4 Teaspoon of salt powder.
Wheat flour 150g.
Coconut oil 200ml.
The cooking process as follows.
To prepare this, first take a cup and break the egg into it. Add some sugar, then mix well until the sugar dissolves.
Next, after the sugar has dissolved, add some wheat flour and salt. Knead it by hand until it becomes soft. Finally we prepare it as a dough.
Next we take a board and sprinkle wheat flour on it. Place the flour dough on it and make it thin with a roller pin. It should be as thick as seen in the pictures. Don't thin it out.
Now take a lid of a bottle and cut the thinned dough into a cashew shape and keep it separately.
Next, take a pot and place it on the stove, adding coconut oil. Once the oil is hot, fry the cashew-shaped pieces until golden.
In this way, we can easily prepare a mouth-watering sweet snack. By packing it well, it can last for about a week. It offers a unique and delightful taste. When you get a break, give this recipe a try. Your loved ones and little ones will enjoy it.
