It had been a long time since I had the whim of going out of the house and enjoying a good restaurant. Since it was Easter season, my family usually gets together to eat fish, but this time unfortunately we could not do it, we decided to meet at a restaurant to have lunch together. My siblings along with their partners joined us this day to taste RIBS & COMPANY. It is an American restaurant that my partner visited before with his friends and told me that it is very good, their food is super delicious, so we went to try if it was true.

Hace mucho tiempo que no me daba el capricho de salir fuera de casa y disfrutar de un buen restaurante. Como era temporada de Pascua normalmente mi familia suele reunirse para comer pescado, pero esta vez lastimosamente no lo pudimos hacer, decidimos reunirnos en un restaurante para almorzar juntos. Mis hermanos junto con sus parejas nos acompañaron este día para degustar RIBS & COMPANY. Es un restaurante estadounidense que mi pareja visitó anteriormente con sus amigos y me comentó que es muy bueno, su comida es superdeliciosa, por lo cual fuimos a probar si era verdad eso.
This restaurant is located in a shopping center called UBBO in Lisbon. I will give it a positive point for its location because the mall is very nice, with many stores and recreational areas for children. We can see the entrance of the restaurant on the first floor next to the container area. I really liked this kind of idea: recycling containers and turning them into a restaurant.

Este restaurante se encuentra en un centro comercial llamado UBBO en Lisboa. Le daré un punto positivo por su ubicación porque el centro comercial es muy lindo, con muchas tiendas y áreas recreativas para niños. Podemos ver la entrada del restaurante en la planta baja junto a la zona de contenedores. Me gustó mucho este tipo de idea: reciclar contenedores y convertirlos en restaurante.
The menu is very extensive, you have grills, different types of burgers, wraps, pizza, BBQ, vegan options and delicious desserts. All the options are American style food, lots of sauce and smoked food. Another positive thing about the menu is that it contains a brief description of each dish, in case you have any allergies or don't like something. The menu has a special drink option in which you can repeat as many times as you want. Another interesting thing is that they have a contest where you have to eat a huge burger to win a prize. Since we were just disliking the food, we didn't want to participate, plus you have to pre-register. El menú es muy amplio, tienes parrillas, diferentes tipos de hamburguesas, wraps, pizza, BBQ, opciones veganas y deliciosos postres. Todas las opciones son comida con estilo estadounidense, mucha salsa y ahumado. Otra cosa positiva del menú es que contiene una breve descripción de cada plato, en caso de que tengas alguna alergia o no te guste algo. El menú cuenta con una opción especial de bebidas en la cual puedes repetir cuantas veces quieras. Otra cosa interesante es que tienen un concurso donde tienes que comer una enorme hamburguesa para ganar un premio. Como solo estábamos disgustando la comida, no quisimos participar, además de que tienes que hacer una inscripción previa. Personally, I chose a vegan hamburger with a soy protein base and vegetables, accompanied with sweet potato fries. I really liked the taste, I thought it was a little dry, but as they serve extra sauces, you can add to taste. What I liked most about the burger was the homemade bun. My partner ordered a steak with blue cheese sauce, my family ordered BBQ smoked meat, all accompanied with sweet potato fries, they were happy with their meal, the sauces tasted good and the meat was very tender. For dessert we ordered some vanilla milkshakes, it was nothing special, but I still liked the taste.

En lo personal, escogí una hamburguesa vegana con base de proteína de soja y con vegetales, acompañada con batatas fritas. Me gustó mucho su sabor, me pareció un poco seco, pero como sirven extras salsas, puedes agregarle al gusto. Lo que más me gustó de la hamburguesa fue su pan casero. Mi pareja pidió un bistec con salsa de queso azul, mi familia pidió BBQ carne ahumada, todos acompañados con batatas fritas, quedaron felices con su comida, las salsas tenían buen sabor y la carne se encontraba muy tierna. De postre pedimos unos batidos de vainilla, no fue nada especial, pero de igual forma me gustó mucho su sabor.
This afternoon with the family was very enjoyable. As I told you, being located in a mall you won't get bored, plus as we went during Easter time, the mall was decorated with that beautiful theme. The design of the restaurant was nice. The part had two types of environments, the most pleasant for me was the external one. The food was delicious, the customer support was regular, but it was because there was little staff, since they were on their lunch break; however, a guy attended us super nice helping us with the menu and the best options or recommendations.

Esta tarde en familia me gustó mucho. Como les comenté, al estar localizado en un centro comercial no te aburrirás, además como fuimos en época de Pascua, el centro comercial estaba decorado con esa hermosa temática. El diseño del restaurante fue agradable. La parte tenía dos tipos de ambientes, el más agradable para mí fue el externo. La comida fue deliciosa, el apoyo al cliente fue regular, pero era porque había poco personal, ya que estaban en su hora de almuerzo; sin embargo, un chico nos atendió superagradable ayudándonos con el menú y las mejores opciones o recomendaciones.
I love the restaurants with a variety of items so that you don't have to visit different ones for different items. It is good to hear that you had a quality time with your family.
