I'm on a seafood diet. I eat everything I see. Do you?😉 Presenting... Dhamar Fried Fish!!!😋🐟
• Ingredients
Dhamar Fish: ½ kg
Egg: 1
Red chilli: 1 tbsp
Black pepper: 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard paste: 1 tbsp
Soya sauce: 1 tbsp
Fish sauce: 1 tbsp
All purpose flour: 2 tbsp
Corn flour: 2 tbsp
Oil: as per requirement
Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tbsp
• Method
Apply ginger-garlic paste to the fish and keep for a few minutes. Take all the ingredients and beat them to make a paste. Apply this paste on the fish and marinate for 30-60 minutes (keep it in a refrigerator). Take them out later and deep fry. Serve with tamarind chutni and salad. Your Dhamar Fried Fish will be ready!!!😋🐟
