OCTOPUS AND POTATO SALAD 😋
Ingredients:
octopus
potatoes
shrimp
black olives
salt
oil
baby spinach
chili pepper
After cooking the octopus, cut the tentacles and roast them. Meanwhile, cook the potatoes and blanch the prawns. Cut everything, add the olives and season with oil, chilli and a pinch of salt. Serve placing the spinach leaves at the base.
I’ve tasted octopus in Melide when I walked the Camino in Spain. I can’t say I’m a fan but my husband is drooling over your post! 😂
