RIQUISIMAS MANDONAS O ROSQUITAS
Hola hola amigos de Hive paso por acá con está riquísima receta.
Díganme quien se puede resistir a esta riquísimas MANDOCAS también conocidas popularmente como ROSQUITAS y más si las acompañamos con una taza de chocolate caliente o café
Los ingredientes son muy sencillos y generalmente los tenemos en casa!
INGREDIENTES
- Harina pan
- papelón/panela
- Azúcar
- Anís dulce
- Aceite
Al tener todos nuestros ingredientes vamos a realizar nuestra masa y seguidamente nuestras deliciosas mandocas.

Tell me who can resist this delicious MANDOCAS also popularly known as ROSQUITAS and even more if we accompany them with a cup of hot chocolate or coffee.
The ingredients are very simple and we usually have them at home!
INGREDIENTS
- Bread flour
- paperboard/bread
- sugar
- sweet aniseed
- Oil
Once we have all our ingredients we are going to make our dough and then our delicious mandocas.
Vamos con el proceso a realizar nuestras MANDOCAS.
PASO 1:
Lo primero que vamos hacer es agregar la harina en un bol
Vamos a agregar el anis dulce e incorporaremos muy bien con la harina
Vamos a colocar el papelon en agua por unos 30min al pasar este tiempo utilizaremos esa agua del papelón y se la agregaremos a la masa.
Let's go through the process of making our MANDOCAS.
STEP 1
The first thing we are going to do is to add the flour in a bowl.
We will add the sweet aniseed and incorporate it very well with the flour.
We are going to put the papelon in water for about 30 minutes after this time we will use the water from the papelon and add it to the dough.
PASO 2:
Vamos a incorporar todo muy bien, luego agregaremos una taza de agua y seguiremos incorporando.
Vamos a agregar azúcar y aceite y seguiremos incorporando.
Al tener nuestra masa lista reservaremos.
STEP 2
We are going to incorporate everything very well, then we will add a cup of water and continue incorporating.
We are going to add sugar and oil and continue incorporating.
Once we have our dough ready we will set aside.
PASO 3:
Vamos a tomar un poco de masa y haremos una tirita la cual luego uniremos ambas puntas
Luego reservaremos.
Vamos a colocar aceite en el sartén
Esperamos que caliente lo suficiente y vamos a agregar nuestras Mandocas
STEP 3:
We are going to take some dough and make a strip which we will then join both ends together.
Then we'll set aside.
We are going to put some oil in the frying pan
We wait for it to get hot enough and we will add our Mandocas.
PASO 4:
Vamos a voltear por ambos lados hasta que estén doraditas
Luego vamos a retirar y colocar en una bandeja con papel adsorvente
Y listo! Servimos.
En mi caso serví junto a un rico chocolate caliente y no se imaginan lo rico que es esta combinación
Podemos usar nuestra imaginación y crear formas y diseños en mi caso realice una linda mariposa... perfecto para la merienda,desayuno o cena de los más chiquitos de la casa.
**STEP 4
We will flip both sides until golden brown.
Then we are going to remove and place on a tray with paper adsorvente
And ready! Serve.
In my case I served it with a delicious hot chocolate and you can't imagine how delicious this combination is!
We can use our imagination and create shapes and designs, in my case I made a beautiful butterfly... perfect for a snack, breakfast or dinner for the little ones at home.
