Salt to taste
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
water
Oil for frying
for coating
• 1 tsp chat masala
• 1/4 tsp red chili powder
• 1 tbsp crushed dried mint leaves
• 1/2tsp black salt
