Hi Food Buddies!
I'm back with this cheesy treat that the kids and hearts at heart will surely love. Hi there to cheese lovers! This is a sweet one but you can always lessen the sugar.
Here are the Ingredients:
240g all purpose flour
200g sugar
100g butter (softened)
195mL condensed milk
2 Large eggs
1/2 cup grated cheese/ & more for toppings
Let's Start:
Preheat oven at 150 degrees Celsius.
Grease baking pan with butter or oil.
In a mixing bowl, whisk softened butter & sugar until creamy and fluffy. (You can use a manual whisker or electric hand mixer)
Next, add egg one by one. Add alternately the flour and milk.
Sprinkle grated cheese, stir it in just one direction until evenly blended. I used 9x12x1 pan and pour all the batter. Top it with grated cheese before baking. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove pan from oven transfer into a rack or board to cool for 1 hour. You can start slicing once cooled.
