Hi food buddies here in hive!
After a meal we sometimes want some dessert, something sweet and in small portion. I would like to share a recipe that is easy to make and the kids can also help to make this dessert. I added a flavor to the classic Graham ball so it becomes Choco Graham Balls and i make it with 3 different kinds of coating/topping.
Here are the ingredients :
For choco-graham:
•200g (scoop 2 Tablespoon and set aside) Crushed Graham Crackers
•140ml Condensed Milk, room temp
•50g unsweetened/dark chocolate bar, chopped
For topping/filling:
•21-22pcs Marshmallows
•2 Tablespoon Crushed Graham Crackers
•2 Tablespoon Crushed Oreo Cookies, remove filling
•2 Tablespoon Sprinkles
•1oz cupcake liners, optional
Let's get started.
Prepare the crushed graham in a bowl.
Melt the chocolate and mix the condensed milk until smooth.
Make a well at the center of crushed graham and pour the choco-condensed milk mixture. Make sure that it is already cool.
Mix it until it looks like this. I used my hand to make the work easier than using a spoon/spatula. You can use a food grade gloves if you don't want a sticky hand.
Scoop some Graham mixture using a Tablespoon, make it into a ball then flatten. Put the marshmallow, seal it and then make it into a ball again.
Roll it into any topping you like.
I rolled the graham ball alternately into this three: crushed graham, crushed oreos and sprinkle. I put each graham balls in a small cupcake liners to make it look more appetizing and less messy to pick.
This is also a good dessert for kids party. You can adjust the sweetness by replacing some condensed milk with all purpose cream.
