Hola amigos de Hive! Hoy quise regalonear a mi pareja y prepare un rico pollo al horno acompañado con unas verduras salteadas y arroz.
Hello friends of Hive! Today I wanted to treat my partner and prepare a delicious baked chicken accompanied by some sautéed vegetables and rice.
Los ingredientes son:
1/4 pollo.
4 papas.
1 zanahoria.
4 arbolitos de brócoli.
1 cebolla.
1/2 pimenton.
Cilantro.
Celery
2 tazas de arroz.
The ingredients are:
1/4 chicken.
4 potatoes.
1 carrot.
4 broccoli florets.
1 onion.
1/2 paprika.
Cilantro.
Celery.
2 cups of rice.
Preparación:
Cortamos el pollo y lo colocamos en una bandeja, adobamos con sal y caldo de pollo.
En una licuadora trituramos la cebolla, el pimenton, el perejil y cilantro con un poquito de agua, cubrimos el pollo con la mezcla y llevamos al horno por 1 hora.
Pelamos las verduras, las colocamos en una olla y cubrimos con agua hirviendo, cocinar hasta que aflojen.
Una vez listas las colocamos en una sartén caliente, condimentamos con orégano y Ciboulette y salteamos unos minutos.
Una Vez listo todo servimos acompañado con ensalada de lechuga.
Preparation:
Cut the chicken and place it on a tray, marinate with salt and chicken broth.
In a blender, grind the onion, paprika, parsley and cilantro with a little water, cover the chicken with the mixture and bake for 1 hour.
Peel the vegetables, place them in a pot and cover with boiling water, cook until they soften.
Once ready, place them in a hot frying pan, season with oregano and chives and sauté for a few minutes.
Once everything is ready, we serve it accompanied by a lettuce salad.
