I am not sure what I did right here to get the result that I want for this pancake, but seriously, I love it! It's fluffy, soft and the edges has that nice soft crunch in it which I really ,really, super, duper Love! Like, OMG! Pwede na talaga mag asawa! Charizzzz, hala si O.A! LOLOL. I'm just proud, sorry for the Oaness! Lol

But kidding aside guys, it is soooo gourrrrd, especially the texture. While making it i'm kinda anxious that the batter I made maybe was too watery, but no, its actually not and I think it's almost perfect, -for me because I get the right texture that I want for a pancake, i'm so proud (◍•ᴗ•◍).
Anyways, it is already in my plan to make pancake as our breakfast, I almost forget it actually, good thing I place the the flour I bought the other day in our Dish Cabinet. Because if not I will surely forget it and we'll just have pandesal for breakfast.

So here's the five pesos flour I bought the other day which is originally fir the fried chicken i'm planning to make but ended up having Chicken Stew instead. I not sure if how many grams in it, like maybe 150 grams or less? Its actually not enough especially there's three of us who'll eat it.
So what I did was, I bought two pack of 33 grams Alaska powdered milk and one Milo. I just though it can help coz they are powder, haha.

I had to go to a nearby grocery store to buy that brand of milk that I want because they are cheaper but taste good too, I also bought 1 large egg. Mommy D has sugar and baking soda at home so everything I need are all set. By the way, this is 6 o'clock in the morning.

And its cooking time...

I mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, such as 2 pack of 33 grams of powdered milk, flour, pinch of salt, baking soda, 1 pack of 24 grams of milo and a tablespoon of brown sugar.

Next, I added the large egg and mix it then I gradually added water. We don't want it too watery, the consistency is not that thick but not too watery as well, it should be the middle. After that I added next a tablespoon of cooking oil. I also made a research about this if cooking oil is needed in pancake batter, and yes, its needed, lol.

It should look like this, but i'm sure anyone already knows how to make a pancake right? Hehe

And its time to cook them. In a pan, make sure that it is hot before putting oil in it. The oil should be like just a drop. Wait for it to heat up then put your pancake batter and cover it.

You'll know that the other side is cooked already when its bubbling like this and when the edges is already look like this. And because I want mine a lil soft crunchy, I cook the side for 7 minutes before flipping, its kinda big so it took time. Ah, I forgot to mention that the heat should be at lowest. We don't want it to get burn right?

Six minutes later (◍•ᴗ•◍), BEAUTIFUL! UWU. I cook the other side for 4 minutes ƪ(‾.‾“)┐

Wahhhhhh! perfect! When I see it I was so excited to try it. Like, OMG! I should really look for a husband now ♪ \(^ω^\ ), charrrr, haha.

This is my first pancake actually, that one above is the last which is why it is bigger. This one is smaller but U think I cooked it too for 7. It looks darker that the other no? But it is seriously the best one. It is really soft crunchy. I was jumping in joy when I trird it coz I really like it.

And here's the photo of the inside of the bigger pancake. Seriously my, the texture is really perfect. Its super better to the first and second pancake that I made. I won't be ashame to present this to everyone because its really masarap (✿^‿^). And what makes me feel prouder with this pancake was I didn't ask anyone's help ╮(^▽^)╭, like how much I should put of this and that. I made a quick research tho about the baking powder. ƪ(‾.‾“)┐
And seriously! What did I do right to the steps that I got this amazing pancake? Mama said its because of the baking powder, she also said the two powdered milk and one milo helo too to make it more yummy. I got complimented by her, YAYYYY. She's like "Ayyy ang sarap!" Sadly we don't have much flour so we couldn't enjoy it to the fullest. I should make more tomorrow. I just hope i still get the same texture of it and that soft crunch on its edges. ƪ(‾.‾“)┐

My goodness, they look delicious! Their texture looks so fluffy and dense. Yesterday I had pancakes with butter and cheese, and I must say I loved them.
Ohhh, now I also want to try it with cheese too 🤤✨, ,is it the stretchy kind of cheese?
Love to do this simple and affordable food you've shared, perfect for the rainy days.
