How to make okra soup with fresh tomatoes by @ruthgold55

Good morning everyone, hope you had a peaceful night?,on today’s menu I want to show you how I prepared my okra soup, Sit tight and enjoy. It’s my first time posting here though and I’m so excited to be among you.
I won’t say is a new or old method of cooking the soup but I know it takes 30minutes_1hr to prepare depending on how fast an focused you can be.

Whenever I want to prepare something that will not kill time this my 1st choice.

So let’s start from the recipe.

Ingredients:
1:fresh tomatoes
2:smoked fish
3:cow skin(Canda)
4:stock fish
5:vegetable leaf(ugu)
6:crayfish
7:red oil
8:all purpose spice &goat meat flavored spice
9:Goat meat

Procedure:
First thing you get you cow skin ready

This is me washing the cow skin with clean water.

After washing it, it should look like this, well cleaned.

You get your water boiled, I love using hot water to soften the cow skin and also give it a fresh smell.

Get a small pot pour enough water inside.

Let it boil for 5 minutes

You pour the hot water inside the bowel were the cow skin is, let it stay for 10 minutes
.

You get it out and cut to pieces of your choice

Wash it again with a running water then you get your goat meat

Wash the goat meat with a clean water, you get your smoked fish and stock fish

Get your fish ready

And wash and keep

Get a clean pot go in with your goat meat, stock fish and cow skin,

Get your onions,Maggie, goat meat flavored spice and your all purpose out

For this I will be using star Maggi

Slice your onions to the how you want

Go in with the goat meat flavored spice, onions, Maggie and all purpose spice

Then you add a little water and allow it cook, while waiting for the meat to get done you wash your okra and slice to your size

Start slicing it, this how I love mine to be

You get a clean pot and pour the okra inside

Pour some water, a little quality

Slice onions and boil together with the okra, while that’s on fire you get your fresh tomatoes

Wash the tomatoes with clean water

Put in blender

My son and i washing the tomatoes, this food took me like 3hrs because of this boy always attending to him every minutes

Allow to keep blending

Allow it to blend so well like this, then your meat stock is ready get it down same as your okra

You pour it inside a bowel

Place your pot on fire

You pour oil on the pot and let it hit up

Pour the onions

Turn it and let it hit up a little

You go in with your blended tomatoes

Turn the tomatoes and let it dry up small 10-15 minutes.

Open and check if it’s done

It’s going to be like this, then you go in with your meat stock

Pour all inside the pot
