Surprise Rice (Arroz Sorpresa)

Greetings, my friends and happy Sunday! Today I prepared a delicious surprise rice, I am from Venezuela, Sucre State (East). It was too tasty, with combined ingredients that give that unsurpassed flavor for the enjoyment of the family. I hope you like it and enjoy it.

Ingredients for the preparation of rice

chicken
smoked bones
chives
onion

Cook a white rice with salt, in a pan we place the onion, paprika, chilli and chives, fry with the seasoning.

After removing the seasonings from the pan, we add the meat, the smoked bones, the pork, the chicken and finally the chopped chorizo, incorporating soy sauce

once the preparation of the meat is finished, we join it with the rice and ready...

Saludos amigos míos y feliz domingo! Hoy preparé un delicioso arroz sorpresa, soy de Venezuela, Estado Sucre (Oriente). Era demasiado sabroso, con ingredientes combinados que le dan ese sabor insuperable para el disfrute de la familia. Espero que les guste y lo disfruten.

Cocinamos un arroz blanco con sal, en una sartén colocamos la cebolla, el pimentón, la guindilla y el cebollino, sofreímos con el condimento.

Después de retirar los condimentos de la sartén, agregamos la carne, los huesos ahumados, el cerdo, el pollo y finalmente el chorizo ​​picado, incorporando salsa de soja.

una vez terminada la preparación de la carne, la unimos con el arroz. Y listo
