Hoy es mi primera publicación en esta comunidad, espero que les guste. La receta que compartiré con todos ustedes se trata de unos ricos ponquesitos de frescolita, son perfecto para la merienda y para una fiesta. Su preparación es bastante sencilla y con pocos ingredientes, sin más nada que decir, comencemos.
Today is my first post in this community, I hope you like it. The recipe that I am going to share with you is about delicious frescolita cupcakes, perfect for a snack and for a party. Its preparation is quite simple and with few ingredients, with nothing more to say, let's start.

INGREDIENTES / INGREDIENTS


3 tazas de harina de trigo - 2 ½ tazas de frescolita - 1 taza de azúcar - 3 huevos - 250 gr de mantequilla - 2 cucharadita de polvo para hornear.
3 cups of wheat flour - 2 ½ cups of fescolita - 1 cup of sugar - 3 eggs - 250 gr of butter - 2 teaspoon of baking powder.

PREPARACIÓN / PREPARATION


Comenzamos mezclando el azúcar y la mantequilla.
We start by mixing the sugar and butter.

Seguidamente agregamos los huevos y mezclamos hasta integrarlo.
Next we add the eggs and mix until integrated.

Luego añadimos la harina de trigo y el polvo para hornear.
Then we add the wheat flour and the baking powder.

Por último agregamos la frescolita poco a poco y mezclamos hasta lograr que todo se integre.
Finally we add the frescolita little by little and mix until everything is integrated.

Vaciamos la mezcla en los moldes y horneamos por 15 minutos a 180 ºC o hasta que este doraditos.
Pour the mixture into the molds and bake for 15 minutes at 180 ºC or until golden brown.

Retiramos del horno y dejamos enfriar.
Remove from the oven and let cool.

El siguiente paso es decorar a su gusto. Yo decore con merengue suizo, pero también podemos emplear merengue italiano, crema de manquilla, lo que más le guste.
The next step is to decorate as you like. I decorate with Swiss meringue, but we can also use Italian meringue, manquilla cream, whatever you like the most.
