Ingredients...

2 Egg.
1 carrot.
Cabbage 80g,
A few leeks.
1 Onion.
About 3 garlic cloves.
1 Tablespoon of soy sauce.
2 tablespoon of margarine.
Salt as needed.
2/1 teaspoon of Pepper powder.

The order of preparation.

1 Step.

First, wash and clean all the vegetables thoroughly. Then finely slice the carrots, cabbage, and leeks. You can also chop some onions, garlic, and, if you like, a few green chilies to add extra flavor.

2 Step.

Next, place a pan on the stove and add about one tablespoon of margarine. When it starts to melt, add two eggs and stir gently. Once the eggs are cooked and form small soft pieces, remove them from the pan and set aside.

3 Step.

Next, add one tablespoon of margarine to the same pan. Then add the chopped garlic, onions, green chili, carrots, and cabbage. Stir well to mix all the ingredients together and let them sauté for a few minutes until fragrant and slightly tender.

4 Step.

Next, add salt, pepper, and soy sauce to the same mixture. Stir everything well and let it fry for a while until the vegetables absorb the seasoning and become lightly golden and aromatic.

5 Step.
Now, add the chopped leeks and the scrambled eggs to the mixture. Stir well to combine everything evenly. After about a minute, remove it from the stove — your colorful, tasty, and nutritious vegetable and egg fry is ready to serve!
