We make pancakes very often and we do it in many different ways, the tastes are really nice and the children simply adore eating all kinds of pancakes,both salty and sweat.
I prefer Americn pancakes and my husband classic way of making it. My kids don't maake difference, they eat both kinds of pancakes and they often participate in making them (but some of them participate just in eating 😋)
Today I will share the recipe of American pancakes.
It's necessary:
2 glasses (of 2 dl) of milk
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup of sugar
2.5 cups of flour
1 bag of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
2 large eggs
Separately, beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff, then add the egg yolks, then all the liquid ingredients, then beat a little more with a mixer, then add flour, baking powder, salt, and beat a little more with a mixer at the slowest speed, so that there are no lumps in the mixture...
The pan must be hot, as soon as you put the first pancake, reduce the temperature to half. Turn the pancake when bubbles start to appear.
I eat it without cream or jam because it is sweat enough, but you can use whatever zou want.
When I prepare classic pancakes, it is easier for me but the baking process is longer. We need 6 main ingrediants, milk, an egg, flour and mineral fizzy water,sugar and oil.Mix everything and start baking .
If you have biscuit you can add for better taste.
