Hey dear lovers of healthy food, how are you? Today I bring you a recipe to prepare one of the most exquisite mixed salads that you can try, it is a variety of flavors that will make an explosion together in your mouth, between sweet and salty you will find a perfect balance.

• 1 lechuga/ • 1 Lettuce
• 1 pechuga de pollo/ • 1 chicken breast
• 2 manzanas/ • 2 apples
• Pasas/ • raisins
• quinua/ • quinoa
• mayonesa/ • Mayonnaise
• mostaza/ • mustard
• miel/ • honey
• Sal/ • Salt

The first thing we will do is take the lettuce, wash it well with plenty of water and a little vinegar, then chop it and place it as a base for the salad.
