Hey queridos amigos de hive como estan? les comento que si quieren comer algo dulce, nutritivo, con mucho sabor y fácil de preparar esta es la receta ideal, una deliciosa pizza preparada con ingredientes que de seguro tienes en tu hogar, te tomará solo un par de minutos realizar además, te divertiras y pasarás un rato diferente si deseas compartirla con alguien más.

I tell you that if you want to eat something sweet, nutritious, with a lot of flavor and easy to prepare, this is the ideal recipe, a delicious pizza prepared with ingredients that you surely have in your home, it will take you only a couple of minutes to make it, also, you will have fun and you will have a different time if you want to share it with someone else.

Ingredientes y pasos/Ingredients and steps

•250gr de avena/ •250gr of oats
•aceite/ •oil
•aceite de coco/ •coconut oil
•agua/ •water
•sal/ •salt
•100gr de chocolate / •100gr of chocolate
•1 banana/ •1 banana
•granola/ • Big wave

Primero necesitamos la masa, para ello toma 250gr de harina de avena, si tienes la avena en hojuelas solo llévala al procesador para dejarla lo más fina posible luego, agrégale media cucharada de sal, 2 cucharadas de aceite y medio vaso de agua, mueve hasta tener una masa consistente luego, con ayuda de un rodillo aplana hasta tener una forma circular similar a la de una pizza, llévala a un sartén con fuego lento hasta que tenga un color dorado.

First we need the dough, for this take 250gr of oatmeal, if you have the oatmeal in flakes, just take it to the processor to make it as thin as possible then, add half a tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of oil and half a glass of water, stir until have a consistent dough then, with the help of a rolling pin, flatten until it has a circular shape similar to that of a pizza, take it to a pan over low heat until it has a golden color.

Para preparar el chocolate escoge uno de tu preferencia, ponlo en un recipiente, agrega 1 cucharada de aceite de coco o marganina y lleva al microondas por 2 minutos en intervalos de 30 segundos, ve moviendo hasta conseguir una textura cremosa.

To prepare the chocolate choose one of your preference, put it in a container, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil or marganine and microwave for 2 minutes in 30 second intervals, move until you get a creamy texture.

Por último la cubierta, unta el chocolate en la masa y decora con lo que más te guste yo usé banana y granola que tiene maní y pasas lo cual debo decirles quedó exquisito, puedes probar con fresa y moras azules te aseguro que también será delicioso.

Finally the cover, spread the chocolate on the dough and decorate with what you like the most. I used banana and granola that has peanuts and raisins, which I must tell you was exquisite, you can try with strawberry and blueberries, I assure you that it will also be delicious.
