Hey dear food lovers, how are you? Today I bring you a delicious recipe to prepare at home, tuna-based salad that you can eat for a light dinner if you are on a diet or simply because you want to eat something different, super simple to make, just It will take a couple of minutes.
• 1 Lechuga/• 1 Lettuce
• 3 tomates/• 3 tomatoes
• 5 huevos/• 5 eggs
• 2 latas de atún/• 2 tuna cans
• Sal
• 2 limones/• 2 lemons
• mayonesa/• mayonnaise
• mostaza/• mustard
The first thing we will do is wash the lettuce with plenty of water and a little vinegar, then we chop it and place the base where we will prepare our salad.
Now we put the eggs to boil in a pot with enough water to cover them, we wait about 10 minutes and we take them out to bathe them in cold water until they are at room temperature, we beat them delicately with a spoon to break them, we peel them carefully and we chop into small squares.
Simultaneously wash, peel and chop the tomatoes into squares to add when putting the ingredients together in the salad.
Finally we uncover our cans of tuna and add to the salad along with the rest of the ingredients, squeeze the lemons and add salt to taste, mayonnaise and mustard for the dressing, we move and that's it, choose your favorite dish and delight this delicious food.
