Turrón de maní en casa! [ESP/ENG] peanut nougat at home!

Hey amantes de la comida como están? Hoy les traigo una receta sencilla para un delicioso bocadillo totalmente natural, si te provoca algo dulce, crujiente y fácil de preparar este es tu post ideal, un turrón de maní con el que quedarás totalmente satisfecho y quitarás las ansias de una vez por todas.

Hey foodies how are you? Today I bring you a simple recipe for a delicious totally natural snack, if you want something sweet, crunchy and easy to prepare, this is your ideal post, a peanut nougat with which you will be totally satisfied and remove your cravings once and for all.

Ingredientes y pasos/Ingredients and steps

•Granola (pasas/maní/avena tostada)
•mantequilla de maní
•miel pura
•chocolate oscuro

•granola (raisins, peanuts, toasted oats)
•peanut butter
•pure honey
•dark chocolate

Paso 1/ Step 1

Lo primero que haremos será tomar la granola y colocarla en un plato vacío, si no tienes, puedes hacerlo con ingredientes por separado, solo necesitas maní, pasas y avena tostada, si tienes almendras en casa también puedes hacerlo o cualquier otro fruto seco que dispongas.

The first thing we will do is take the granola and place it on an empty plate, if you don't have it, you can do it with separate ingredients, you only need peanuts, raisins and toasted oats, if you have almonds at home you can also do it or any other dried fruit that you have.

Paso 2/ Step 2

Vamos a agregar 3 cucharadas de miel pura y mezclamos bien.

We are going to add 3 tablespoons of pure honey and mix well.

Paso 3/ Step 3

Ahora rayamos el chocolate oscuro encima, de esta forma se podrá mezclar bien con todos los ingredientes.

Now we scratch the dark chocolate on top, in this way it can be mixed well with all the ingredients.

Paso 4/ Step 4

Agregamos 3 cucharadas de mantequilla de maní, movemos hasta que esté todo bien unido y acomodamos las porciones que queremos en otro plato, llevamos al congelador por una hora y listo.

Add 3 tablespoons of peanut butter, stir until everything is well joined and arrange the portions we want on another plate, put in the freezer for an hour and that's it.

Nougats are a delicacy, whether they are peanut, sesame or granola, as is this one that you present to us, it is always a delicious, comforting sandwich that, in particular, embraces my soul and stomach (I always say this when I really like a meal, hahahaha); so this recipe is very good, it is simple and inexpensive. Los turrones son una exquisitez, ya sean de maní, de ajonjolí o de granola, como es este que nos presentas, siempre es un bocadillo delicioso, reconfortante, que a mí, en lo particular, me abrazan el alma y el estómago (siempre digo esto cuando una comida me gusta mucho, jajajajaja); así pues que esta receta está muy buena, pues es sencilla y económica. El paso a paso presenta unas fotos muy buenas, la luz solar es insuperable para la toma de este tipo de imágenes. Buen post. Saludos.
