Besan Laddu
The melt in your mouth Besan Laddu is a recipe handed down from generations. These Laddu are made on special occasions like festivals, weddings and ceremonies. They are made in many forms in almost every part of India. But it is very important to be patient while making these Laddu as it takes time to roast the Besan on low flame.
Lord Ganesha loves Laddu, so on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, I am making Besan Laddu as the first Bhog Prasad on the arrival of Lord Ganesha at my home.
Ingredients
Coarse Besan – 1.5 cups
Semolina – 1/4 cup
Ghee – 1/2 cup
Milk Powder – 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar – 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
Garnish – Dry Fruit
Method:-
First of all, grind the sugar and make a powder. While grinding the sugar, add cardamom to it so that the powder of cardamom is also prepared and the laddu gets a very good taste and aroma.
Put gram flour in a pan.
