Nankhatai is an Indian biscuit which is made without eggs and can be made at home. It was first made in Surat in the western state of Gujarat, India.
Ingredients:-
- Refined flour- 1 cup
- Ghee- 1/2 cup
- Sugar- 1/2 cup
- Gram flour- 1/2 cup
- Semolina- 2 tsp
- Baking powder- 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
- Pistachio finely chopped- 1 tsp
Method:-
Grind the sugar in a mixer and make a powder in a bowl
