Mirchi Vada
Rajasthani Mirchi Vada recipe is made by stuffing roasted potato masala in thick, less spicy chillies and then wrapping it in gram flour batter and frying it. It is eaten with coriander mint chutney or tomato sauce. It is very special for those who like spicy food.

Ingredients:-

  1. Thick size green chillies - 250 grams

  2. Boiled potatoes - 250 grams

  3. Gram flour - 2 cups

  4. Paste of green chillies, ginger, garlic and onion

  5. Mustard - 1 tsp

  6. Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp

  7. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

  8. Red chilli powder - 3 tsp

  9. Coriander powder - 2 tsp

  10. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp

  11. Salt - 1 tsp

  12. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

  13. Chat masala- 1/2 tsp

  14. Lemon juice- 1 tsp

  15. Coriander leaves- finely chopped

  16. Ajwain- 1/2 tsp

  17. Oil- for frying
    Method :-
    Firstly take gram flour and add red chilli, turmeric, salt, ajwain and 2 tsp oil in it

Wow ..... After reading the recipe of Mirchi Vada, mouth water came out. It is clear from the simplicity you have told every step, that cooking is not just a work, but a hobby and art. Potato spice in stuffed chili and crisp layer of gram flour from above. Really looks wonderful. If you have green chutney or tomato sauce together, then you should enjoy it. For those who like to eat spicy food, it is a perfect dish. What you translate and translate in Hindi is a lot of hard work. I will definitely try this recipe.
