Hi friends, welcome to the new blog. Today I have brought you a new video. I made this video yesterday evening. It has been so cold for a few days.
And in this cold, I feel like eating delicious food. It feels good to light a fire. It is very nice to enjoy the flickering flame of the fire during winter. So I tried to make a dish that can be made in less time. I had eggplant in my house. Trying to make a fun recipe with eggplant.
First I cut the eggplant into round shapes. Now I rubbed the eggplant with salt. Now in another bowl, add gram flour, rice powder, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, jaggery, salt, and one egg.
I added black cumin seeds.
Mix the ingredients well with water.
Then dip the eggplant in the rice flour mixture. When the oil in the pan is hot, drop it in. Fry until golden brown and our delicious eggplant recipe is ready.
When I was eating hot eggplant chops. There was sauce with it. It looked very delicious. The children were also eating it. I make it because the children love it very much.
