Egg and Cinnamon Toast

Cinnamon toast with egg is easy and tasty. We do ours without sugar, in our household we called it eggy bread. Some like it baked and some like it fried, but we love when it's fried. It's crispy and soft inside.

Delicious for Sunday breakfast or snack. You can add sugar before frying. Topped it with honey or fruit for a nice treat.

Hope you like it.

Have a Happy New Year!
