BREAD PAKORA

Hey hivers,

I am back with a new recipe named as bread pakora. Bread pakora is an Indian fried snack which you can have with tea and coffee. It is a quick simple recipe which you can make in 10 minutes.

For making these bread pakoras all you need is :

  1. BREAD

  2. GRAM FLOUR ( 1 cup )

  3. 4-5 MINT LEAVES

  4. 1 ONION

  5. 3-4 GREEN CHILIES

  6. SPICES (salt , coriander powder , garam masala , salt , turmeric , red chilly powder , cumin seeds )

  7. WATER

  8. OIL

At first we need 1 cup of gram flour, 1 chopped onion, chopped green chilies, chopped mint leaves. After that we need spices which i have already told you. you can add spices according to your taste.

Now mix it well with water and make a thin paste.

Now sliced the bread in triangle shape.

Now add some oil in a pan and let it heat.

Now dip the bread in the mixture and then put it in the oil. Let it cook on low flame till it turns golden.

Repeat the process an your bread pakora is ready to eat. You can have it with some tomato ketchup.

I will need to try this, too. Can you suggest a minimum starting measure for the spices? What is too little, and what is too much?

Be careful while adding salt... For one bowl of gram flour use 1/4 tsp of spices.
Once you've mixed everything then you can also taste the mixture.. So that you can add the spices according to your taste.
