Hope you all are doing good. Today , my children asked me to make vegetable chowmein because we hadn't had it from a long time. This is the favourite dish of children as well as adults. It is a simple dish with a lot of vegetables which in turn gives adequate nutrition and it also has a wonderful taste.
Vegetable chowmein
It is a very popular evening snack which includes nutrition as well as fantastic taste. It has nutrition because of the vegetables and taste because of different sauces in it. So, without any further delay , let's check out the recipe.
Ingredients :-
- Raw noodles ( store bought )
- Soya sauce
- Vinegar
- Red chilli sauce
- Green chilli sauce
- Capsicum
- Onions
- Carrot
The method to make Vegetable Chowmein :-
Step 1- Take some boiling water in a wok and put raw noodles in it. Now , boil the noodles.
Step 2- After boiling the noodles , strain them.
Step 3- Now , take a wok and add some oil in it. Once the oil gets heated up , add onions in it.
Step 4- Now , put capsicum and carrot in it. Stir fry all the vegetables for about 5 minutes. Make sure that the vegetables do not lose their crunch.
Step 5- Add salt and black pepper and give it a good mix.
Step 6- Now , add the boiled noodles in the wok.
Step 7- Now , add soya sauce , vinegar , red chilli sauce and green chilli sauce in it.
Step 8- Give it a good mix and cook for another 5 minutes.
And the Vegetable Chowmein is ready to be served
