Sublime Sunday BRUNCH: It's a WRAP 👍

What can you do with spinach, cottage cheese, and eggs?

Well, take a bunch of spinach and put it in a blender.

Add 1/4 cup cottage cheese.

And 2 eggs.

Blend together until smooth.

Heat a non-stick pan and pour.

Cook until it bubbles up like so...

It's time to flip it. Cook the other side for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Time to fill it with your favorites!

One of my favorites is eggs and avocado!

I used 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise on the spinach wrap, just for flavor. I don't really need it, but I added it just the same to bring out the creamy flavors of the eggs and avocado.

I always keep one or two hard-boiled eggs in the refrigerator for a quick snack. Sliced hard-boiled eggs make for a great brunch!

Next, the avocados.

Of course, I added salt and pepper!

Then I wrapped it up!

What a light, healthy, and YUMMY brunch 👍!

It's light, fluffy, the flavor is great... I give a 5 👍👍👍👍👍!
