At first I baked raw date juice Because I can make this perfectly after boiling .
I will boil Raw date juice in pan until Date juice become date . After many times boiling , I made fulfil date .
After making date perfectly , I boiled with Ziziphus zizyphus in date . I roasted sometimes . Thus I made delicious Ziziphus zizyphus date recipe.
.Date protects us against macular degradation.This disease destroys the retina of our eyes. We become the blind slowly .Date contains beta carotene and It reduces terrible beta carotene diseases .This juice includes calcium and manganese and Calcium plays a very important role in bone formation and manganese makes bones strong.
Date helps us to reduce our weight . Really Date has a lot of fiber and a lot less fat. If you want to reduce your weight , you can eat date juice .It increases our digestion power .Orange fruit contains bromelain which helps to improve our digestion power .
