"Food is art and magic; it evokes emotion and colors memory, and in skilled hands, meals become greater than the sum of their ingredients." ~ Anthony Beal

I'm fond of cooking and it is one of my hobbies. I felt happy and satisfied every time I cook especially for my family.

This time let me share with you one of the recipes that I discovered. A delectable recipe, yummy and tasty.

Adobong Pusit is a viand that I usually cooked when my father caught plenty of squid or pusit and he gave us some of his catch. We surely enjoy it when we shared this in our meal because of the squid ink that leaves on our teeth.

At this moment, we bought 4 grams of squids and we will prepare and fry this. This viand is simple that you don't need to prepare more ingredients. It would be better to choose fresh and small to medium size squids because it is so tender and easy to soften when cooked.

On special occasions, these squids were served and the well-known recipe for this is Calamares which is coated with seasoned flour mixed with eggs.

Ingredients

The ingredients for this Adobong Pusit were simple that everyone can see in their kitchen.

3 medium size of squids
1 medium size of onions
3 cloves of Garlic
1 small size of spring onion
Vinegar and soy sauce for the marinade
Salt and pepper to taste

How to prepare and clean our Squids?

Step 1. Wash thoroughly the squids. Remove the inedible part of the squid, especially the plastic that is located inside the back part of the squid's body.
