I'm new here and I want to share this delicious recipe from these vegetables. Sometimes you just need something natural to enjoy.
Ingredients:
Fresh tomatoes
Cucumber
Onion
Assorted meat
Salt to taste
3 cubes of seasoning
Powdered pepper
Dry scent leaf
Steps:
Wash the meat, season and steam it till it's done.
Keep it aside and put a clean pot on the fire till it's dry from every trace of water.
Pour a small amount of vegetable oil to your dry pot.
Allow it to be hot a little, add a small amount of onion and salt.
Stir it few seconds and add the already chopped fresh tomatoes.
Cover the pot and allow it to cook for 5 mins to remove the slappy effect.
Stir and add the rest of the onion, seasoning powder, pepper, and salt.
Stir, taste to make sure you have the desired taste, cover for some minutes.
Add the cucumber and allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
Add the dry scent leaf
Stir and add the already cooked meat.(you can use any type of meat or fish)
Cook for some minutes and our sauce is ready.
You can enjoy the meal with white rice or spaghetti.
You'll love the taste. So natural and delicious.
