Ensalada de Rugula e Hijogs / Rocket and Fig Salad (ESP /ENG)

Como les comente en mi primer Post mi pasión es la cocina y una de las cosas que me animo abrir mi cuenta en Hive es que puedo compartir muchas de mi recetas y hoy quiero compartir una muy sencilla pero muy deliciosa, además que hoy hice especialmente para mí.

A pesar de tener muchas gana des cocinar, quise comer algo rico y bueno hice una ensalada de Rugula con Higo , le preparé un aderezo dulce que le quedó fabulosa y para no perder la costumbre una copa de vino tinto.

Despite the fact that I really wanted to cook, I wanted to eat something delicious and so I made a salad of Rocket with Figs, I prepared a sweet dressing that was fabulous and to not lose the habit a glass of red wine.

Hoy no comparto foto del paso a paso, solo el plato final, pero no se preocupen el plato es verdaderamente sencillo, pero majestuoso con tanto color y sin más le comparta la receta:

INGREDIENTES

  • 1 Un paquete
  • 4 higos
  • Cebolla Morada al gusto
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal
  • Azúcar al gusto
  • 1 cucharada de vinagre balsámico
  • Pizca de sal

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 A package
  • 4 figs
  • Red onion to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch of salt

PROCEDIMIENTO

  1. Lavas la Rugula y los higo cortas los higos como te mejor te guste, la rugula la dejas entera, secas y la colocas en una bandeja para servir, y reservas.
  2. Luego tomas el resto de los ingredientes aceite, vinagre balsámico, sal y azúcar lo colocas en la licuadora y procesas, y reservas.
  3. Este aderezo lo colocas en una envase aparte, para que el comensal se lo coloque al momento de comerla.
  4. Como verán es bastante sencillo el procedimientos y los ingredientes son pocos. Pero que sea de agrado.

PROCEDURE

  1. Wash the Rugula and the figs, cut the figs as you like them best, leave the rugula whole, dry it and place it in a serving dish, and set aside.
  2. Then take the rest of the ingredients oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and sugar, put them in the blender and process, and set aside.
  3. Place this dressing in a separate container, so that the diner can put it on when eating it.
  4. As you can see, the procedure is quite simple and the ingredients are few. But may it be to your liking.

This is the first time I have seen the use of figs with such a recipe. We consume it plain. We dry it or make jam.
