Elephant apple(chalta) pickle recipe of famous authentic style

Ingredients for making chalta pickle:
1.1 chalta,
2.3 tablespoons cumin powder,
3.3 tablespoons hot spice powder,
4.3 tablespoons coriander powder,
5.2 bay leaves,
6.1 tablespoon black cumin, fenugreek,
7.dried chilli powder to taste,
8.2 cups amount of sugar,
9.half a cup of sesame oil

Method of making pickles:

Then I poured it in a sieve and drained the water.IMG_20201021_170345.jpg
I put the pan in the oven and gave bay leaves, black cumin and fenugreek with mustard oil.IMG_20201024_192615.jpg
Then pour the boiled chalatas and fry them in oil for 5-6 minutes.IMG_20201024_192658.jpg

After 5-6 minutes I put sugar in it. After adding sugar, a lot of juice will rise, then it should be stirred constantly so that it does not burn down.IMG_20201024_194404.jpg
When it is fried in sugar juice for 7-8 minutes, take it down.IMG_20201024_194200.jpg
In this way I made the way of walking.To preserve it for a long time, we dry the pickle in the hot sun and keep it in a glass jar. Friends, if you make pickles like this, you will be able to make a pickle with great flavor.
